How It Works

The process of creating your painting will be a collaboration between us. Please read the following and then, if you are keen to go ahead, please complete and submit the Enquiry Form.

1. Once I have your enquiry, I will call you for a chat and take a 10% non-refundable booking fee to secure your order.

2. One of the most important parts of the process is getting the digital photographs of the flowers I need to work from. Without these I will not be able to accept the commission. The photographs need to be of excellent quality, close up views and, ideally shot from a variety of angles in good light. In most cases you will be responsible for supplying the photographs but if you are within a 20 mile radius of Cheltenham I may be able to work with your florist to take the photographs myself if that would be your preference.

3. Once we have agreed to go ahead and I am in possession of your digital photographs I will take an additional non-refundable payment totaling 50% of the overall cost to cover my expenses.

4. I will talk to you throughout the creation process about the composition and design and will send you photographs of my progress to ensure that you are 100% happy with your artwork.

5. Once you have declared your love for your completed commission I will invoice you for the balance due.

6. When the paint is touch dry (N.B. this can take up to a couple of weeks for oils), and I have received your payment in full, I will arrange collection or delivery depending on your location.

7. The process, from commencement of your painting to delivery of the finished artwork will be approximately 4 -6 weeks.
